This is how we send out orders placed on aashienterprises.store, the website of Aashi Enterprises.

Where we deliver

Anywhere in India that our courier partners deliver to. We ship through established courier and logistics partners, so almost every PIN code is covered. If your PIN code can't be reached, we will tell you and refund the order in full.

When your order leaves us

We pack and hand over every order to the courier within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Saturday, except public holidays). Cash on delivery orders leave once we have confirmed them with you by phone or WhatsApp.

How long delivery takes

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days of leaving us. Remote areas, and busy times such as Diwali, can take a little longer. If your order is held up, we will keep you informed.

Delivery charges

• Delivery is ₹49 for each order.
• It is free when the products in your order come to ₹499 or more.
• Cash on delivery costs nothing extra.

The delivery charge, if any, is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we send you its tracking details on WhatsApp. You can also check on your order any time on Track your order, with your order number and mobile number.

If delivery doesn't go through

Please give a complete address and a mobile number that the courier can reach. If an order comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could receive it, we will contact you to send it again; the delivery charge may apply a second time.

If the parcel looks damaged

Please record a video while you open the parcel. If anything inside is damaged, we replace it free: see our replacement and refund policy.
