This policy explains what we, Aashi Enterprises, collect when you use aashienterprises.store, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, mobile number, delivery address, your email if you give it, and what you ordered.
- When you pay online: Razorpay, our payment gateway, handles your payment. Your card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay, not to us. We receive only the payment's reference and status.
- To keep the shop safe: a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address, so we can stop someone placing large numbers of fake orders. It can't be turned back into the address.
Browsing the website doesn't need any of your details. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart is kept in your own browser until you order, and nothing in it is sent to us before then.
Why we use it
- to deliver your order, and to call or message you about it;
- to answer your questions and handle replacements and refunds; and
- to keep the records the law asks a business to keep.
We don't send you advertising, and we never sell or rent your details to anyone.
Who we share it with
- Courier partners: your name, address and mobile number, so they can deliver.
- Razorpay: the details needed to take your payment. Their own privacy policy covers what they do with them.
- Cloudflare: the company that hosts this website and the database our orders are kept in. It also counts visits to our pages for us, without cookies and without identifying you.
How long we keep it
We keep order details for as long as we need them for your order, for replacements and refunds, and for our accounts and tax records, then delete them.
Your choices
